Fit, feel & protection are as important to us as they are to you.
Domestic Customers (United States and Canada):
We know you will be happy with your purchase. But in case you are not, perhaps the size is a little off or the model just isn’t right for you—we will send you a replacement or issue you a quick refund within 45 days of the date of purchase.
International Customers:
Please contact us at info@afsgear.com for all warranty/return/exchange inquires, due to the unique restrictions, costs and logistics involved with each country, these are processed on a case by case basis. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. All international returns and exchanges are at AFS’s discretion. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive. AFS does not cover the cost for returning items outside of the United States and Canada.

Most of our products have a 90 day/ 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact customer service if you’re returning after the window stated above
What items are non-refundable?
- Items on Outlet / marked as ‘final round’.
- Jockstraps, mouthpieces, underwear, female chest protectors, and groin protectors.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
