THE AFS WARRANTY

Fit, feel & protection are as important to us as they are to you.

Domestic Customers (United States and Canada):

We know you will be happy with your purchase. But in case you are not, perhaps the size is a little off or the model just isn’t right for you—we will send you a replacement or issue you a quick refund within 45 days of the date of purchase.

Exchanges and returns are simple, it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back to the address provided. Once we receive the item and confirm that the item is indeed in good condition (not worn or washed, and with the original tags still on) we will issue a refund or proceed with the exchange. There will be deductions on the refund / exchange amount if the item is returned to us damaged, dirty, or worn.
In addition, every product purchased comes with the “AFS Warranty.” This guarantees your product is free from a manufacturer defect, or it will be repaired or replaced within 45 days from the date of purchase. Any related shipping cost will be our responsibility as well.
Please note, all return and exchange items must be unwashed and with the hang-tag attached.
Any returns which do not meet these conditions will be subject to a 30% restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund/exchange.

 

International Customers:

Please contact us at info@afsgear.com for all warranty/return/exchange inquires, due to the unique restrictions, costs and logistics involved with each country, these are processed on a case by case basis. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. All international returns and exchanges are at AFS’s discretion. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive. AFS does not cover the cost for returning items outside of the United States and Canada.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items on Outlet / marked as ‘final round’.
  • Jockstraps, mouthpieces, underwear, female chest protectors, and groin protectors.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
